On the border of Tirol and Salzburgerland, you will find the lovely and quiet village of Königsleiten.
Königsleiten lies between the beautiful Zillertal and Pinzgautal and it borders to the National Park Hohe Tauern.

Königsleiten is a lovely village, which exists out of several Hotels, restaurants, apartments and a large number of private chalets. It is surrounded by forests and in the centre of the village there is the beginners slope. The lift on this slope will bring you to the other 53 lifts in the area. Since a few years the Zillertal Arena is also connected with Krimml. In Krimml there are slopes who are perfectly suited for beginners and more experienced skiers and snowboarders.

Silence and rest. Beautiful nature. A unique location. Chalet Xieje lies on the edge of the forest with a walking route witch start in the front of the chalet, and on the edge of the beginners slope. The lift on this slope will bring to the other 53 lifts in the ski area.
A ideal chalet for families with younger children and grandparents.

Chalet Xieje is very luxurious and comfortable with:
- 4 sleeping rooms (all the beds are 2.10 m long), 2 of the sleeping rooms are include a quality baby bed. In Xieje is also little kid chair.
- 4 bathrooms including shower and toilet. 1 bathroom is also accommodated with a bath and bidet. 
- Spacious living with large, sunny balcony and an extra terrace around the chalet. The front side of the chalet is directed at the South.
- A very complete kitchen, including; a dishwasher, induction cook plate, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with separate freezer drawers, egg boiler, Senseo - and regular coffee machine, water boiler, and fruit press. 
- Washing machine;
- Television with (Schotel) antenna;
- Bose CD/DVD HIFI Surround sound music installation with several CD's and DVD's;
- Wireless internet for your notebook   
- All the rooms, are accommodated with floor heating.
