On the border of Tirol and Salzburgerland, you will find the lovely and quiet village of Königsleiten.
Königsleiten lies between the beautiful Zillertal and Pinzgautal and it borders to the National Park Hohe Tauern.

Silence and rest. Beautiful nature. A ride on the mountain bike. Long or short walks directly from the chalet. The National Park Hohe Tauern are made for this. With some luck, you can see scrawls and roe-deer's in the wood when you are inside the chalet.

Chalet Xieje offers accommodation for 8 persons plus 2 baby/ young kids, who can sleep in one of the 4 large sleeping rooms, each with their own bathroom.Thanks to the pleasant and homely interior, the chalet is also perfectly suitable for less persons (lower renting price). Chalet Xieje has a unique location, on the edge of the forest with a walking route which starts in front of the chalet.

Chalet Xieje is very luxurious and comfortable with:
· 4 bedrooms (the beds are 2.10 m long), 2 of the sleeping rooms are include a quality baby bed. In Xieje is also little kid chair.
· 4 bathrooms including shower and toilet. 1 bathroom is also accommodated with a bath and bidet.
· Spacious living with large, sunny balcony and an extra terrace around the chalet. The front side of the chalet is directed at the South.
· A very complete kitchen, including; a dishwasher, induction cook plate, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with separate freezer drawers, egg boiler, Senseo - and regular coffee machine, water boiler, and fruit press.
· Also included:
o Washing machine;
o Television with (Schotel) antenna;
o Bose CD/DVD HIFI Surround sound music installation (several CD's and DVD's are available) and
o Wireless internet for your notebook
