A booking is made through the website. Go to the chalet of your choice and select contact. You will recieve a confirmation, and after this an invoice. Of course we will put this week on the webiste as "under request". Now you need to pay a deposit of EUR 350/ EUR 500 (summer/winter) within 4 days. When the deposit is recieved by us, we will close this week on the website. Half of the total amount needs to be paid 4 months before departure. 8 weeks before departure the total amount (plus the EUR 350 summer/ EUR 500 winter deposit). The payment can only be done by bank transfer.

When there is no damage to the chalet, the deposit is paid back within 7 days on your account.
