The 5 star chalet (189 m2) is situated close to Neukirchen and Mittersil, on the mountain of the beautiful village of Bramberg, and near the National Park "Hohe Tauern" with breath-taking views over the Pinzgau Tal.

Silence and rest. Beautiful nature. A ride on the mountain bike. Long or short walks directly from the chalet. The Pinzgau Tal and National Park Hohe Tauern are made for this.

The new Chalet Brammetje offers accommodation for 8 persons plus 2 baby/ young kids, who can sleep in one of the 4 large sleeping rooms, each with their own bathroom.
Thanks to the pleasant and homely interior, the chalet is also perfectly suitable for less persons (with lower renting price).

Chalet Brammetje is very luxurious and comfortable and

accommodated with:
· 4 sleeping rooms (all the beds are 2.10 m long),
· 4 bathroom including shower and toilet. 1 bathroom is also accommodated with a bath and bidet.
· 2 of the sleeping rooms are include 1 quality baby bed. In Brammetje are also 2 little kid chairs.
· Spacious living with large, sunny balcony and an extra terrace around the chalet. The front side of the chalet is directed at the South.
· A very complete kitchen, including; a dishwasher, induction cook plate, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with separate freezer drawers, egg boiler, Senseo - and regular coffee machine, water boiler, and fruit press.
· Also included:
- Washing machine and dryer;
- Television with (Schotel) antenna;
- Wireless Internet connection without a code

- Bose CD/DVD HIFI Surround sound music installation wit several CD's and DVD's;

The village of Bramberg is situated on approximately 850 m. Chalet Brammetje is located almost 224 m. higher. The views are stunning and for sure unique, as they allow you to look out freely over the Pinzgautal.

Bramberg is next to Neukirchen, Mittersil and the National Park Hohe Tauern. This park is suited for endless, beautiful walks and bike rides (bikes are for rent at the local tourist office). The starting points of different walk- and bike routes are close to the chalet.
Next, the highest waterfalls of Europe (in Krimml) are definitely worth a visit.
It is also possible to swim and fish in the lake in Hollersbach (the lake can be seen from the chalet). This lake is only ten minutes away (by car). The lake provides recreation for all ages, as there are grasslands to lay in the sun, attributes for kids to play with and a restaurant.
Also a beautiful golf course is situated in Mittersill.
